TO INSTALL ICONS: Download the Buddy Icons and put them in the Buddy Icons folder located in the IM Files folder. Then launch IM and go to Edit > Preferences. Under the Category list, click on Buddy Icons. Where it says My Buddy Icon, there is a drop down list. Scroll through that and you will be able to choose the one you want. Then click okay and you are all set.
